Credit card transactions will include a 3% processing fee. I do not work over enhancements from other technicians. All previous work must be removed before your appointment. Please arrive with bare nails, and add a soak-off service if removal is needed. I do not work over severely damaged nails. If your nail bed is excessively thin, cracked, or otherwise injured, I will not be able to service that nail until it has fully healed. Please inform me in advance if you will be bringing an additional guest. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Please plan accordingly for parking. While I understand that street parking can be challenging at times, your punctuality is greatly appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

A 40% deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your total balance. Appointments cannot be confirmed without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date up to two times. Appointments must be rescheduled within 48 hours, or the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee, in addition to the deposit. This must be paid to avoid being banned from future bookings. Deposits are valid for up to two reschedules. After the second reschedule, a new deposit is required. Deposits are not transferable between months and must be used within four weeks of the original booking or by the 1st of the following month, whichever comes first. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required. Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early. If I’m running late, I will notify you. No-call/no-show appointments or last-minute cancellations will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service and a ban on future bookings.
